Jonathan Fritzén was born in Stockholm to a Swedish mother and an American father. He grew up in a musical family and started playing drums as a young child. He later added piano, bass, guitar, flute and vocals, whilst during his formal training at the Royal Academy of Music in Stockholm he became one of the first students to receive a Masters degree in jazz. By the age of 22 Jonathan had performed on national Swedish television several times and toured with some of the countries most respected jazz musicians. Three years later he recorded ‘Love Birds’ and in doing so he made his mark as the first Swedish pianist to release a smooth jazz CD. His second album “VIP” (2009) spent in total 40 weeks on the SmoothJazz.com Top 50.

With the release of their debut CD “Waiting for Her” and their 2010 Christmas release “Merry Christmas Baby,” they are gaining fans around the world because of their unique mix of Jazz and Funk. Besides being partners on stage, they are also married off stage, which help in making their live shows extremely memorable! Please note, only Erich and Jenifer will be performing.
