Currently Warren Hill is touring with the Gentlemen of the Night, featuring Marion Meadows and Michael Lington. He is working on several projects including a new CD, his daughter’s CD and next film, his online Sax Club (with student members around the globe) and a new event to bring to his fans on the level of his cruises. When he is not working, he enjoys the outdoors for long family walks with the dogs, jogging, cycling and swimming. He does however have a secret new passion… racquetball!

Enjoy a magical night of jazz.

More than three decades after his earliest recordings, Lorber has come full circle. His new recording, Now Is The Time, was released on June 1, 2010, on Heads Up International, a division of Concord Music Group. The album delves back into his early catalog and reinvents some of the most compelling compositions from the Jeff Lorber Fusion heyday. As a result, the artist once again makes a bold statement in the evolution of jazz. This new incarnation of the Jeff Lorber Fusion includes luminaries like bassist Jimmy Haslip (who co-produced with Lorber and Bobby Colomby), saxophonist Eric Marienthal, trumpeter Randy Brecker, guitarist Paul Jackson Jr., and drummers Vinnie Colaiuta and Dave Weckl.

In December 2008, Matt’s self-produced début album was released to rave reviews. The album features nine original masterpieces that uncover his amazing writing, arranging, and performing talents, along with three covers that he interprets with intense artistry and feeling. And in July 2009, Matt Cusson won (by unanimous vote) the renowned John Lennon Songwriting Contest’s top annual prize – the Maxell Song of the Year – for his exquisite and heartfelt “One of Those Nights”, which had previously been selected as a Grand Prize winner in the Jazz category and went on to receive the Lennon Award. What’s more, Matt was also one of the finalists in the R&B category for his soulful song “Every Step”. His self-titled album is available on iTunes, Amazon, and CD Baby.

Back when Jackiem Joyner was gigging on tour with Marcus Johnson and Bobby Lyle from 2001-2004, the two contemporary jazz keyboard greats came up with the perfect nickname for the rising saxman and his ultra-sensual, easy flowing vibe. “Ladies and Gentlemen,” they’d shout out, “give it up for Lil’ Man Soul!”—something urban jazz fans have been doing since Joyner broke through to genre stardom with his solo debut album Babysoul in 2007.
