New Jersey Wine Festivals invites you to celebrate the coming of spring at the 4th Annual Spring Wine
Festival on Friday, April 8, 2011 at the Hilton Short Hills. With 100+ fine wines hand-selected for your
tasting pleasure by the experts of the Wine Library, come relax, mix n’ mingle with wine lovers just like you.

WINE & FOOD: Enjoy wines from around the globe presented by the connoisseurs of the Wine Library!
This wide selection of over 100 fine wines offers something for every palate’s
pleasure. The Hilton’s expert culinary staff will provide a first class selection of light hors d’oeuvres
throughout the night, in addition to exquisite cheese displays and pasta stations. A recipient of numerous
awards for food service, the Hilton Short Hills is one of New Jersey’s finest lodging accommodations. See

WINE CLASSES LED BY A WINE EXPERT: Three (3) wine classes will be conducted in our Private Tasting
Area at 7:15, 8:15PM & 9:15PM. Classes are led by a true wine expert who will guide participants through
several specially selected wines. Each wine will be traced to its origins, compared with other choices, and
noted for best food pairings. Please add $30 per ticket to attend a class. NOTE: Reservations for your
session of choice MUST be made online or by phone during ticket purchase. Class sizes are limited, so be
sure to reserve early. This spring’s wine expert & class leader is the amazing Barbara Frank, winemaker
at Chateau Frank and Dr. Frank’s Vinifera Wine Cellars.

WORLD CLASS LIVE JAZZ: We are thrilled to announce this year’s festival will be accompanied by live jazz from Tizer,  featuring Chieli Minucci. Keyboardist and recording artist Lao Tizer captivates audiences of all ages and musical tastes. He is a “Best New Jazz Artist” nominee, a Yamaha-endorsed pianist and keyboardist; has appeared at premier venues including Universal Studios, Hollywood, Disneyland, Pier 39 – Fisherman’s Wharf San Francisco; and he and his group TIZER (2011 “Jazz Group of the Year” nominee) have performed at renowned events worldwide.
