Austin Area Jazz Festival, Emma S. Barrientos, Mexican American Cultural Center, 600 River St., Austin, TX 78701

This unique jazz festival brings to life a new and exciting way to experience live music, with spontaneous performances in a variety of intimate and inspiring venues, adding the element of surprise, dare we say danger, to every set… You never know what’s going to happen next!

Big Little Vibes will filter through the romantic, late winter air on the Monterey Peninsula on Valentine’s Weekend in Carmel at the stunning Quail Lodge Resort & Golf Club, located on 800 acres between Carmel-by-the-Sea and the rolling hills of Santa Lucia Mountains offering an 18-hole championship golf course, tennis courts, outdoor swimming pool, and cozy fireplaces, transforming into the ideal California jazz experience with open living spaces, high-vaulted, natural wood ceilings, cushioned chairs, exquisite sound, artful lighting with world-class performers who are close enough to touch!

Nathan East’s Band Of Brothers provides the driving force as the Jazz Weekender House Band (Nathan East – Bass, Stephen Ferrone – Drums, Greg Phillingaines – Keys, Michael Thompson – Guitar).

Four days of special musical Guests including Marc Antoine, Mariea Antoinette, Patti Austin, David Benoit, Paul & Jaqui Brown, Wayne Gutshall, Steve Oliver, Peet Project, Nelson Rangell, Brendan Rothwell, Kim Scott and Avery*Sunshine.
