The Richmond Jazz Festival, presented by Altria, announces its illustrious artist line-up on May 7th at 11:30am during an exclusive invitation-only Media Brunch at the Hippodrome Theater. The Richmond Jazz Festival is one of the largest jazz festivals on the East Coast. World renowned artists as well as local and regional talent will take the stage August 9-11th. On August 9th, local and regional artists will be featured at “Homegrown at the Hipp” at the Hippodrome Theater. On August 10th and 11th, the 100-acre beautiful estate of Maymont will serve as the backdrop for musical performances, wine tastings, an array of marketplace vendors, the bistro area and the artist meet and greet area.

You don’t want to miss the 4th Annual Richmond Jazz Festival presented by Altria! Stage Sponsors include the Virginia Tourism Corporation (Virginia is for Lovers) and Dominion. Other Corporate Sponsors include the Richmond Region Tourism, MeadWestvaco, Richmond BMW, Wells Fargo, Virginia Lottery, Ste. Michelle Wine Estates and McDonald’s.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit Maymont Foundation, Richmond Public Schools Education Foundation and ELO (Educational Learning Opportunities).

What started as a 10-day series of jazz concerts held on the back of a flatbed truck and at venues all around the City of Clearwater, has evolved into a major international jazz festival and draw for tens of thousands of visitors. Kettle Moraine Jazz Festival, Riverside Park, West Bend, Wisconsin

The Naperville Jazz Festival will take place at the Naperville Community Concert Center located in Central Park in downtown Naperville, June 16, 2012.

Gates will open at 4:00 p.m. and live jazz will be presented from 4:15 p.m. to 10 p.m.

No pets, other than service animals, are allowed in the park for the event.

Created from their sold out show at the Hyatt Newport Beach Amphitheater in July 2011, the eclectic mix of musical styles and talents, from Mindi’s funky jazz meets pop to Jeff Golub’s soulful, guitar-solo- drenched blues, to David Pack’s unmistakable pop hits from Ambrosia, such as “You’re The Only Woman,” and “Biggest Part of Me,” creates a fun and memorable chemistry between the three musicians that will leave crowds buzzing!

The 24th Annual Thornton Winery Champagne Jazz Series continues to provide a stellar lineup of nationally renowned contemporary jazz artists. The Thornton Winery continues to build on its national and critically acclaimed reputation as one of the finest outdoor venues. The intimate and acoustically superb Mediterranean fountain terrace, overlooking the beautiful Temecula Wine Country, offers a memorable and unique concert experience unmatched in Southern California.

A special Gourmet Supper Package, prepared by the award-winning Café Champagne, is available during each performance. The package includes a reserved table under a covered patio, a three-course gourmet meal, tax and gratuity. Early reservations are highly recommended, as seating is limited.
