The McCallum Theatre welcomes contemporary jazz pianist and composer Keiko Matsui as part of FITZ’s Jazz Cafe’s 20th anniversary season! Keiko’s music transcends geographic, generational, and musical boundaries and her unique melting pot of influences have garnered her a devout international following.

“Music has no borders and it creates a oneness among people,” confides Matsui. “There have been many occasions when I have felt like music saved me. There is a connection between my fans and I, and together in my music we are sharing harmony.”

World renowned and multi-Grammy nominated saxophonist Dave Koz has announced his return to the road this Fall for his 21st annual Dave Koz and Friends Christmas Tour 2018”.Now in its 21st year, the tour has received nationwide critical acclaim since its 1997 inception.  After last year’s highly successful 20-year anniversary Christmas run, Koz’s 2018 Christmas Tour promises to bring fresh renditions of holiday classics—as well as a Chanukah medley!—and hits from his respective catalog.  Special Guests joining Dave this year include: Mindi Abair, pop/blues saxophonist/singer who will be making her first Christmas Tour appearance with Koz; South African guitarist/singer, Jonathan Butler, who returns for another wonderful time with Dave; Japanese keyboard sensation Keiko Matsui; and up and coming vocalist Sheléa, who also made a vocal appearance on Dave’s most recent smash album Summer Horns II From A To Z.
