Each year in late October or early November, thousands of music lovers from throughout the tri-state and beyond flock to the Hub City to attend this weekend of cool jazz and soul — The Hub City Jazz Festival. Started in 2004, this multi-day, multi-venue jazz music festival, which attracts music lovers from 32 states, is more than just a concert, it’s an event! Due to scheduling conflicts, the Orlando Jazz Festival scheduled for September 21st and 22nd, 2018 at Dr. Phillips Center’s Seneff Arts Plaza has been rescheduled to March 29th and 30th, 2019.
Tickets purchased for the September 2018 event will be valid on the rescheduled dates, please keep your original tickets and bring them for entry upon arrival to the show.

St. Paul’s Episcopal Church of Harrisburg announces its 4th Annual A Taste of Jazz Fundraising Event. A Taste of Jazz is a celebration of cultures, ethnicities, good food and great music that is sure to bring people of all ages to join in this joyous occasion. This year’s event features acclaimed jazz ensemble Pieces of a Dream along with a musical revue of Jazz and Broadway standards performed by Harrisburg premier choral organization CAMA on Broadway! Crowned “Pioneers of Smooth Jazz” by The Philadelphia Inquirer, Pieces of a Dream has long been revered for their signature fusion of Jazz, R&B, Funk, Pop and Blues. Their sweet and soulful grooves, energized solos and organic compositions have made them a favorite on the touring circuit and on the airwaves. CAMA on Broadway is an electrifying performance by central PA’s finest singers presenting the best of Broadway as well as Jazz standards arranged by some of our iconic writers and composers. In addition to the stellar concert performance, A Taste of Jazz features a Silent Auction and catered hors d’oeuvres. Pre Concert reception begins at 1:30 pm. This is an event not to be missed!
